Low Fat Creamy Yoghurt Dressing

This creamy dressing is an excellent accompaniment to many dishes. Try it with grilled seafood, hot potatoes or a simple salad.

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsp cream or sweet sherry

1 1/2 Dijon mustard

lOOg plain lowfat yoghurt

2tbsp Gippsland low fat sour cream

1/8 tsp blackpepper

Place garlic and sherry into a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until 3/4 Of the liquid has evaporated. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Stir in the mustard, then the sour cream, yoghurt and pepper. Mix well.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate until required. Makes about 1/2 cup (125ml) of dressing. NB Divide the fat and calon'e contents by the number of servings you use.

Creamy Curry Yoghurt Dressing

Add 1 tbsp of curry powder to the Creamy Yoghurt Dressing.

Tartare Sauce

Normally can be up to 1 Og of fat per tbsp. This one tastes better and has only O.lg of fat per tablespoon!

Stir in the mustard and sour cream and then add the other ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate until required.
